RCM Truth

There is no such thing as a “standard workflow” in oncology, radiation oncology, or radiology — and platforms that design like there is will always struggle.
Each specialty has its own micro‑workflows, timing rules, documentation quirks, and billing logic.

When PM and EMR systems don’t account for that complexity, the result is predictable:
🔸 frustrated users
🔸 avoidable denials
🔸 endless workarounds
🔸 poor adoption
The platforms that win aren’t adding more features — they’re building deeper understanding of real‑world RCM.
If your system doesn’t understand the workflow, it can’t support the workflow.
